Through glass, even a simple purchase becomes a guessing game. Customers default to what they remember. Staff describe shelves, repeat choices and make extra trips. Your products are there. Your customers just can’t see them.
Help customers find a different flavour, an extra snack or the essential they didn’t know you stocked. Create more opportunities for larger baskets.
Product pictures, names, sizes and quantities appear in one large list. Less pointing through glass and less back-and-forth explaining what to collect.
Customers pay you at your existing till. No marketplace checkout, delivery handoff or commission deducted from the basket.
Customers can browse while waiting, use search and show a written request when a noisy forecourt makes conversation difficult.
Designed to support quicker service and additional sales. A pilot measures the effect in your own shop; sales improvements are not guaranteed.
A useful service, funded differently
A clearly marked sponsor placement gives an approved brand visibility while customers decide what to buy. That advertising funds the browsing service.

What could better browsing be worth?
Adjust this illustration to your shop. It models extra spend from existing customers, rather than assuming more people turn up.
Illustration only, assuming 365 trading nights. This is additional store revenue and gross profit, not advertising income or a forecast.
Gross profit excludes extra labour and other operating costs. Shop subscription: £0.
Start with one window
Start with everyday products. Use the catalogue creator to shortlist a till export, then review names and images.
Place it at the hatch. Staff can say: “Scan this to see the range, then show me your list.”
Review browsing, lists shown and staff feedback. Compare nighttime till results to assess any change in basket value.
Preview the sample catalogue with your store name. This does not enrol a shop or start a live campaign.
Scan on a phone, select products and try the large staff view.
Before you try it
The proposed service is sponsor-funded: no shop subscription and no sales commission. A live pilot needs an operator agreement covering the catalogue, placements and responsibilities. There is no automatic paid upgrade.
It is designed for both, subject to the actual operator’s permission and any head-office or franchise approvals. This independent demonstration is not endorsed by Morrisons or any product brand.
No. In this version, the shopper shows the list on their own phone and pays normally. There is no order queue for staff to monitor.
Yes, where your till or stock system provides a CSV export. The catalogue creator can map product names, descriptions, barcodes and categories for review. Export formats vary; names may need tidying and photos are added separately with permission. The current self-service importer shortlists up to 250 products per catalogue; larger ranges can be prepared separately. Adult-only categories in the demo use illustrative entries; live publication requires a separate review.
No. Start small or expand to the range you want customers to browse. Add further products and categories as needed; the demo is a sample, not a catalogue limit. Staff confirm prices and availability.
The operator agrees the permitted placements and categories. Night Window manages sponsor conversations, campaign setup and reporting. The featured placement in this demo is an example, not a paid campaign.
Those are the goals, not established results. The pilot checks staff feedback, list usage and comparable till data before making sales or time-saving claims.
